No. In 2020, following the killing of Iranian general Qassem Soleimani in a US drone strike, Iran requested that Interpol issue a Red Notice for Donald Trump along with dozens of other US officials. Interpol publicly declined to act on the request. It stated that its constitution explicitly prohibits any intervention of a political, military, religious, or racial character, and that a request tied to a US military and government decision fell squarely within that prohibition.
Interpol reaffirmed this position later the same year when Iran renewed the request around the anniversary of Soleimani’s death. No Red Notice for Trump has been published in Interpol’s system, and US officials at the time described the request as a political gesture rather than a genuine law enforcement matter.
